GTIIT follows the academic model of the Technion in Haifa, Israel. It is dedicated to high-quality research and education in science and technology. Courses are taught in English.
GTIIT has established undergraduate programs in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology & Food Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematics with Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering & Robotics, and Physics. The candidates are expected to develop vigorous research programs and commit to a high level of teaching. We are looking for exceptional candidates for tenure-track positions specializing in Robotics with a mechanical, aeronautical, or Bioengineering/Biomedical engineering background. The candidates who will be appointed as members of the Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Department are expected to initiate and conduct intensive state-of-the-art research, supervise graduate students, and teach undergraduate/graduate courses. GTIIT offers generous start-up packages, modern research infrastructure, and technical assistance from qualified personnel. Recruited faculty members are offered convenient housing and family-care facilities on the beautiful and newly constructed campus. Established research leaders in their fields will be offered extended start-up packages.
Several fixed-term teaching (non-research) positions are available in areas of the undergraduate teaching program.
