Post-Doctoral Fellows at Guangdong Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT)
The GTIIT management is happy to announce a call for excellent candidates for post-doctoral studies (Post-doctorate studies will start no later than 5 years after receiving a Doctorate degree), as follows:
For excellent candidates who are co-mentored by at least one GTIIT faculty member and at least one Technion faculty member, a two-year option is being offered.
In this option, the GTIIT faculty member pays 1/3 of the post-doctoral stipend, the Technion faculty member pays 1/3 of the post-doctoral stipend, and GTIIT pays 1/3 of the post-doctoral stipend.
The program can be extended for a second year after the submission of a written research report and justification at the end of year 1.
The post-doctoral student is expected to spend time at both Technion in Israel and at the GTIIT campus in China. At the end of year 2, the post-doctoral student is required to submit a draft of a research proposal to establish a group at GTIIT as an independent faculty member.

Please include:
- A detailed CV, including a publication list where the impact factor of each journal is listed.
- A research proposal justifying and describing the research the post-doctoral student will conduct with his/her mentor(s). The proposal should be approved by the mentor(s).
- Letters of recommendation from the mentor(s), the PhD advisor, and at least one additional person who can attest to the scientific abilities of the candidate.
